HSC
provides construction management services to clients in need
of leadership for their design and construction program. HSC
serves as an extension of the client by utilizing their experience
in every facet of the process, thus maximizing the value and
increasing the efficiency of every project. As with all of the
services HSC provides, our owner’s best interests are
at the heart of every decision made.
PRECONSTRUCTION
SERVICES
One
of the most important aspects in getting and keeping your project
on tract is the oversight of the preconstruction process. This
includes active involvement in selecting and managing the design
professionals, design coordination, cost control, permitting,
and selection of subcontractors. HSC is uniquely qualified to
coordinate and oversee this process due to our years of local
experience working with design professionals, engineers and
subcontractors capable of maintaining the project schedule while
providing the quality level you should expect. HSC can provide
services to coordinate this process from concept to final Certificate
of Occupancy to insure the highest quality and most cost effective
design.
CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES
HSC’s
competent Project Management and supervisory skills will ultimately
spell success for your project. We are experienced in scheduling,
shop drawing coordination, financial control and working with
Inspectors. Our belief in open communication is the foundation
of HSC’s relationship with our client’s with the
intent of building long term repeat customers.
